Australia

Standard Shipping: We ship within Australia only at a flat rate of $9.99 for orders up to $200. Orders over $200 within Australia are eligible for FREE Shipping.

Express Post: Alternatively you can select to use Australia Post - Express Post for a flat rate of $19.99 on orders under $200 or for $14.99 on orders over $200. 

You may also choose to pick your item up in store for no shipping cost at 139 Balo St. Moree.

Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post on the same day (if placed before midday) or next day (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been processed for shipping. 

If you would like to organise alternate shipping arrangements please contact the store before ordering either by email online@assefs.com.au or phone (02) 6752 1833.

During the check out process, you should specify any special delivery instructions such as requiring a signature on delivery. If you are happy to Safe Drop please indicate this.

For WA, NT, TAS and SA please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered. Please check the Australia Post www.auspost.com.au website if you require a time estimate from our postcode 2400 to yours.

Assef's can not be held responsible for items lost in the shipping process once the products have left our warehouse. 

If, for some reason, there is a delay with dispatch of your order we will communicate this within 2 working days, and communicate a delivery timeframe. Should a delayed dispatch time not meet your needs, we will be happy to process a refund.
