Grand Opening of Assef's Port Macquarie
On Friday September 23rd, for the first time in 40 years, the Assef family opened a new store in the coastal town of Port Macquarie. The opening was attended by family, friends and staff. Port Macquarie store manager Charlie Cull, along with his wife Zoe, gave a few words expressing their excitement to be bringing such a great range of brands and products to the town and to be part of the Port Macquarie community. Assef's owner Daniel Assef also expressed great enthusiasm in regard to the expansion of the Assef's enterprise and shared a brief history of the store which began almost 100 years ago. Deputy Mayor Adam Roberts gave his well wishes and did the honours of cutting the ribbon to officially open Assef's Port Macquarie.
